A couple of Synth1 Librarian features would only work if you run your DAW (or host) in Administrator mode. With this release, Administrator mode isn’t necessary. The affected features are:
- Importing ZipBank folders that exist under the C:\Program Files[…]\ folder
- Adding new Patches to a User defined Bank
Enjoy 🙂

Hi’ Thanks for your great Library,
There is one feature you could add that would make it a real winner for me.
I would like to be able to audition patches with a midi file which Library can already do, however if it could cycle through an entire bank of synth1 presets and play the midi once for each preset then I could relax more and really listen to the presets if I was not busy pressing buttons.

I have just installed Synth1 Librarian. Brilliant.
In my zipbank some of my zips contain nested folders.
For example:
zipbank\Synth1_MegaPack.zip contains 6 folders. Each folder contains its own separate bank.
Synth1 Librarian is picking up only the first folder (bank) of those 6 folders (banks).
Is this right? Does each bank have to be in its own distinct zip folder for the Librarian to see them all?

You got it: each bank should sit in it’s own zip file. So in your case, make zip files for each of the ‘inner’ folders. Hope that helps 🙂
